WHY YOU SHOULD ONLY HIRE A MCSSIA INSPECTOR
1) Our Inspectors are certified with the state of Maine
2) Our Inspectors are Licensed and Insured
3) Our Inspectors go by a high standard that is more than double that which is required by the state
4) Our Inspectors are often the same price as those who do not operate by our high standards or do half as much in their Inspection
5) Our members always provide a detailed Report easy to understand answering all the questions you may have about your system
6) Our members are individual Inspectors that may work for themselves or a larger company Not companies that may just send out any person who works for them. The member hired will be the person doing your inspection.
7) Our Inspectors do not purposely drill into any system to make the inspection easier on them. They take the time & care to do the inspection right, respecting your property
8) Our Inspectors take additional classes whenever available to learn of newer and more economical systems that can help us make a better recommendation to you.
9) Our Inspectors cut the sod whenever possible to be able to place the sod back in place after the inspection, where often the homeowner can not even tell where we dug it up.
